MANUAL HANDLING REFRESHER
This fully interactive hands-on manual handling refresher course is designed to ensure all health care workers carry out manual handling tasks safely.
It covers the necessary theory to understand legislation and safe working practices surrounding the mobilisation of clients and objects.
Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, participants will learn correct posture, manual handling skills, and the safe use of equipment (e.g., slide sheets, slings, hoists, wheelchairs and walking frames).
