COMPLEX BOWEL CARE
This hands-on course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely support clients with complex bowel care needs.
Participants will learn about bowel function and assessment, bowel care routines, continence management, recognising complications and when to escalate care, suppositories & enemas administration, and other appropriate interventions.
By building confidence and competence in complex bowel care, participants will be empowered to provide patients with the best possible support.
Training can be tailored to individual client needs, organisational policies and procedures. This course is available in person for best learning outcomes and online.
